At Allied Movers & Packers, we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency in all our services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a fair process in case of cancellations or disputes.
1. Booking Cancellation by Customer
24 hours or more before service date:
A full refund will be initiated after deducting administrative charges (if applicable).
Less than 24 hours before service date:
50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
Same-day cancellation:
No refund will be provided for cancellations made on the day of the scheduled move.
2. Cancellation by Allied Movers & Packers
If we are unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
3. Service Dissatisfaction
In case of damage or service-related issues, customers are requested to notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review the case and, if eligible, initiate a partial or full refund, or offer a service adjustment.
4. Mode of Refund
All refunds will be processed through the original method of payment (e.g., bank transfer, UPI, or card payment) and may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.
